Location and staff. Security officer was top notch!!!! Can’t speak highly enough about him. He assisted with take out options and directions when front desk staff were busy with other customers and he was exceptional at keeping out unwanted guests while making everyone feel comfortable.

Ive been to several hotels since covid and none had a breakfast like this one for 4 days they changed it up alittle everytime but my wife and i were more than content on eating it everyday! We had a great time with a perfect location right across the street from the aquarium and a short walk to the coca cola museum and tons of other great places to eat and drink would come back in a heartbeat, vallet parking here was great and super nice.

The Hyatt House is conveniently located within walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola and Mercedes Benz Stadium. There are numerous places to eat within easy walking distance, but I did not feel comfortable walking to them after the sun went down. The king suite was roomy and included a very nice kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. The breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and potatoes provided every day with meat items that changed each day over our 4-day stay.

The staff at this location was spectacular and helpful. It was close to so many popular tourist locations like the aquarium, Coca Cola museum, and the Civil rights museum. I love the set up of the rooms- separate bedroom for suite rooms with a separate kitchen and living area. The free breakfast was also delicious and had lots of options for my whole family to find something they liked.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations; it gave me a great start for my day meaning that I often did not need to eat again until early evening. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to give information and assistance. The location was also convenient in terms of Uber pick-up, and I was able to walk to most of the attractions - Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola and the State Farm Arena.

The hotel has a very nice lobby/lounge area as you walk in. The location is conveniently located near several attractions in the downtown Atlanta area, including State Farm Arena, the giant Ferris wheel, and the Aquarium. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic, very funny, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. We’ll book another stay there soon!

The room was a little small due to me having my family with me. It would have been perfect if I was by myself. I loved the fact we had a mini kitchen. Our bathroom light was not working. The breakfast was ok it was alot to choose from but not all that good looking to do so. Valet and front desk were wonderful. I will return every year until my daughter graduates from Clark Atlanta. This is my hotel until her senior year

The location was exactly what we wanted - a short walk to the Georgia Aquarium. On the flip side, areas near the location weren't as well kept. I've included a picture of the view from our room. A pleasant surprise was Max's Coal Oven Pizzeria just a few blocks away.
